MILLION  CHILDREN’S LEADERS MANDATE

Dear Children’s Leader

Words  cannot begging to describe how excited we are , at IPSF, to be a part of your  Children’s Leadership development. Let me explain why.

We believe God  has called us to a “Million Children’s  Leaders Mandate” It is a huge  goal . We plan reach  every continent of the world  before we are finished. The goal is to equip  one million children’s leaders  to impact  10 million  children  for Christ ...and you are a part of this vision. You are one in a million

The challenge is this . It will only work if you do . Our goal for this training manual  is not simply to give you tools to become a better children’s leader. We  do hope that will happen . Our goal , however , is far more than that .We are challenging everyone  who experiences this training  to identify  only four  other children’s leaders (or potential children’s leaders)  you could equip in this materials as well  . We want you to not only be a children’s leaders , but leader of leaders. And to reach out to 10 children in their schools .A mentor to children’s leaders and chaplain to train, children in their schools, who will multiply the training you ‘ve received in others. Do  you remember what the Apostle Paul said to Timothy? He  wrote...

“And these things which you have heard from me ,in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these things to faithful men , who will be able to teach others also “ ..(2Timothy 2:2)

We are  asking you to decide now to be a student of leadership . Be part of the  process .Learn it . Live it . Past it on to others

Many children are coming to Christ each day around the world . The crying need of the hour is for healthy, effective, spiritual children’s leaders to guide them . We invite you to take  this journey with us. May we  enter heaven , rejoicing  together  that we were part of the greatest children’s leadership movement  the world has  even seen
